Brian McElney OBE is the founder of The Museum of East Asian Art. He will talk about how his love of Chinese and East Asian art led to a lifelong passion. Sharing memories from his early collecting days in Hong Kong, he will reveal fascinating insights and intriguing stories around 15 objects which hold a very important place in his heart.

Brian’s biography will be published in November. Hear some of the interesting facts and stories covered in the book directly from Brian himself.

The talk will be held at Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution (BRLSI).
